Muhammad Sahil is the founder and editor of EU Info Hub. He is a digital marketer with more than seven years of freelance experience, and he is currently studying economics and business in Europe.
Why I started EU Info Hub
I built this site because I went through the same process our readers face. As a non-EU citizen in Europe, I applied for my residence card in September and only received it the following July. In between came long waits for appointments, extra document requests and months of not knowing where my case stood. Most of what I learned came the hard way, from official websites, phone calls and other people in the same situation.
EU Info Hub is the guide I wish I had when I started.
Education
- Currently studying economics and business in Europe
- Courses in marketing management and AI infrastructure, including short courses in Germany and Portugal
- Studied software engineering before moving into marketing
Work
I have worked as a digital marketer and freelancer for over seven years, and I help businesses in Europe grow through marketing. That work taught me how to research carefully, test claims and explain complex things in simple words, which is how every guide on this site is written.
How our guides are made
- Official sources first. EU and government websites, embassies and official agencies come before anything else.
- Every fact can be checked. Each guide ends with a References list.
- A separate fact check. Every article is reviewed against its sources before it is published.
- Kept up to date. When a rule changes, we update the guide and show the date.
- Not legal advice. Our guides are general information. Always confirm your own case with the authority or a qualified adviser.
